In 2023, we were contracted to flip an entire house on Detroit's eastside. During this 4 month project, we updated all the electrical by rewiring all receptacles and switches with the appropriate gauge wire. The plumbing, by scraping all the old galvanized water lines, and replacing them with pex, as well as a new water meter. The

roof and gutters. Completely gutted the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen received, new shaker white cabinets, a white deep bowl sink, recessed lighting, all new appliances, with a new grey porcelain tile floor. The bathroom received a new tub, new floating vanity, fixtures, toilet, bluetooth LED exhaust fan, and LED mirror, while receiving the same grey porcelain tile floor in the kitchen.

All the hardwood floors on the main floor were re-sanded and stained with a dark walnut stain. While the attic bedroom received laminate flooring, and 6 new recessed lights. The bedrooms below received new remote controlled ceiling fans.

Going down to the basement, the ceiling was sprayed matte black, the walls painted white with a concrete waterproofer, and the floors received a grey epoxy coating. A new laundry tub was installed, then mechanical appliances were installed. Those include a hot water tank, furnace, and A-coil, prepping the home for an air conditioning unit to be installed at a later date.

Lastly a new front door was installed and the entire home received a fresh coat of paint.
