Demo
Our interior demolition services consists of knocking all unwanted material off the walls, ceilings, and floors; while leaving framing members in tact. We accomplish this by removing old drywall/plaster, tile, flooring, nails, and screws. Down to the studs and joists. Preparing the surface for new drywall, cement backerboard, tile substrate, and or flooring substrate.
We also safely remove non-load bearing and load-bearing walls. As well as, removing electrical wiring and plumbing pipes. Lastly, we dispose of all materials in accordance with the State of Michigan 2023 environmental codes.
Drywall Finishing:
Hanging
Hanging 1/4" t0 5/8"sheetrock and mold resistant board, with the required fasteners on walls, standard ceilings, and vaulted ceilings.
Drywall Finishing:
Mudding
Finishing drywall seams with Tape & Joint compound to a Level 4 finish. With our Level 5 (Skim Coat) finishes available upon request.
Textured or Popcorn finishes may also be requested.
Trim | Moldings
Installing trim and moldings of all shapes and sizes. With our most common pieces being; Baseboard, Door | Window Casing, Quarter Round, Shoe Molding, and Crown Molding.
All Inside Corners are Coped and all Outside Corners are Mitered.
Lastly, we offer customer molding designs for; Wall & Floor Registers, Accent Walls, Picture Frames, and Wainscoting.
Tiling
Floors, showers, walls, backsplashes, and ceiling can be tiled with your choice of Ceramic, Porcelain, Large Format, Mosaic, Glass, or Stone tiles. Ever tile laid is laid with our standard tiling procedures below. Our procedures plus our expert layout patterns, always ensure a quality finish product that withstands the test of time.
Our Standard Tiling Procedures:
- Back Butter
- No tile laid with any chips, scratches, or imperfections
- Proper Thin-set applied (Modified | Unmodified)
- Adherence to Manufactures Specifications
- No Lippage
- Square, Level, and Plumb substrates
- Correct Grout for Tile
- Correct Layout Pattern
- Sealed Grout Lines
Painting
No painting project is too big or too small. We spray, roll, and cut in, areas as small as a 100 sqft room, all the way up to spaces as large as a 10,000 sqft commercial building.
While also giving the option of have accent decorative wall(s) painted.
Flooring
Installing Laminate or Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring (LVP) in spaces of all sizes.
All flooring gets installed with its corresponding underlayment according to its manufacture, if the underlayment is not attached.
Cleaning
We offer two cleaning services. The first being a Rough Clean or broom clean. Consisting of;
- Removing Debris, Trash, Dirt, Wood, Dust, and Unwanted Materials from a space.
- Organizing materials and job supplies.
- Sweeping and vacuuming
Typically general contractors get this service 5-8 times during a new construction home build. The thought process behind this, is to keep and maintain an orderly job site for subcontractors to come in, do their part and get out. Contractors of all trades are often leave the debris they created behind for the next contractor to clean. Interrupting the work flow of that next contractor. The more time a contractor spends cleaning and organizing, the longer they spend on a job site completing their job. The longer they take, the longer the build will take, and the more money the builder will have to spend. We circumvent this process, keeping the work flow as coherent and efficient as possible.
The second service is a Finish Clean, which is a deep clean.
This services calls for;
- Moping Floors and Removing Scuff Marks
- Wiping Down: Appliances, Cabinets, Sinks, Faucets, Fixtures, Windows, Mirrors, Door Handles, Switches, Cover Plates and Walls.
- Removing Debris, and Trash
- Cleaning Tubs | Shower Areas
Prep Services
Our main objective is to help speed up any construction that is taking place or going to take place, by handling any Set Up, Picking Up and Dropping Off of materials, and or Preparation for the job. Our most common Prep clients are Painters, Tilers, and Flooring Installers. Painting subcontractors have allowed us to come in and tackle all their masking, taping, and caulking. So they can show and begin painting immediately. Tile subcontractors have had us install their tile substrates. As well as, frame out and install tile backer for their shower areas creating flat, plumb, and level tile substrates. Lastly, flooring contractors have allowed us to come in and lay all the underlayment with taped seams throughout a house. Giving them the luxury of just showing up laying their flooring and leaving.

We also offer Pick Up and Drop Off services of job materials for all trades. Keeping contractors on the job site and out of home depot lines during essential work hours.

Another service we offer for all trades, is Set Up. Consisting of setting up ladders, scaffolds, benches, tools, after laying protective flooring such as RAM Board.
